Instructions
Beat together butter and sugar till creamy
Add egg and vanilla essence. Beat again
Mix flour, salt, baking powder
Knead into a dough and wrap into a plastic bag and refrigerate it till firm
For chocolate portion, repeat above steps and add two tablespoons of coco powder and coffee powder along with flour before kneading
Knead into a dough and wrap it also in a plastic bag and refirigerate it till firm approximately for one hour
Take out both doughs, they are similar to play dough. You can create any design from them
You can use cookie cutter to give different shapes or use cookie cutter
You can also add nuts after rolling out the dough or you can use nuts as filling
For marble shaped cookies stack both doughs as shown in pictures and cut the cookies accordingly
The thinner you make biscuits, the more they will be crisp and lesser time will be required to bake
Place all these different shaped cookies on a greased baking tray and bake them in preheated oven at 160 degrees for 20 – 25 minutes till done
Cookies will be done when their base turns brown. Enjoy
