For Chocolate Sauce

Instructions
Separate Egg whites and egg yolks
Beat egg whites till they are stiff
Beat egg yolks till they are light in color
Add yolks to the beaten egg whites and beat again
Add sugar gradually while beating till all is mixed. Add vanilla essence during this step
Add flour and pinch of salt and mix with your hands
This is how the batter should look
Grease your baking dish with butter. Make sure that it is of such size that the batter should cover half of the dish. We used 11 by 11 inch
Pour the mixture in
Tap it to release air bubbles
Bake it at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes according to your oven or till the pick comes out clean of the sponge
While the cake is being baked, mix coffee sachet with milk in a pan. Bring to boil and let it cool
For chocolate Sauce, heat cooking chocolate with milk on very low heat till its dissolved. Raise the heat and cook till you get required thickness
Beat cream with sugar and vanilla essence till fluffy
When the baked sponge and the coffee mix cools down, soak the sponge with the coffee mix
Spread the prepared cream on top of the soaked sponge
Sprinkle some coco powder on top
Serve with cream syrup
