Instructions
Sieve together Flour and coco powder
Add baking powder,salt, soda and coffee powder to it
Beat Butter,sugar and eggs well
Add vanilla essence to it.
In case you don’t have butter milk, add 2 Tablespoons of vinegar to 1 3/4 cups of milk ( room temperature) and let it stand for 15 to 20 minutes
Go on adding butter milk and flower mixture alternatively while beating till all butter milk and flower mixtures are used
Stop beating with beater
Add chocolate chips and fold well with spatula
Turn on the Waffle maker. When the plates of waffle makers are hot then generously grease them with oil using a silicon brush
Pour the batter on the plate and close the lid. Do not open till 3 minutes.
After 3 minutes start checking the waffles. Bake them till desired crispness. Take them out and place over the wire rack and let it cool for a while
Top with ice cream, banana and syrup of your choice
If you don’t have a waffle maker then spread the mixture over hot pan and cook one side for 3 to 4 minutes and then flip it. Cook till done
