Coarsely grinded + some for garnishing

Mashed Banana

+ 2 Tablespoon Vinegar = Sour Cream
Instructions
Mix and sieve flour,salt and baking soda
Beat butter and sugar till creamy,
Add eggs and Vanilla Essence
Add mashed bananas
Add flour mixture and beat well
At the end add sour cream, nuts and cinnamon
Grate a dash of nutmeg
Mix well with hand or Spatula
Grease the pan with butter and pour mixture in it, tap it to remove all the bubbles. Top with some bananas and nuts
Bake for 40-45 minutes at 180 Degree Centigrade on middle rack. Adjust the temperature according to your oven .
Insert a pick to test. If it comes out clean the bread is ready
