Apple Crumble

  • 1Cup Flour
  • 65gm Butter
  • 3/4Cup SugarGround with little cinnamon piece, 1 clove & little nutmeg piece
  • 1/4teaspoon Salt
For Serving
Instructions
For Apple filling
  1. Peel apples and slice them
  2. Add sugar, salt and lemon juice. Cook over slow heat till apple gives off water
  3. Now you can raise the heat and cook stirring till liquid dries up. Let the mixture cool
For Crumble
  1. Before 25 minutes of serving, Pre-heat the oven. Mix together flour, butter, salt and sugar by rubbing slightly between your fingers till the mixture becomes crumbly and uniform
  2. Spread apple mixture in a greased baking dish
  3. Spread the crumble mixture over the top
  4. Bake it in preheated oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees till the top is golden
  5. Serve hot with ice cream scoop
