Spicy Chicken
Ingredients
For Marination
- 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/2 Teaspoon Thyme
- 1/2 Teaspoon Oregano
- 2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Corn Flour
For Sauce
- 1.5 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1 Teaspoon garlic Crushed
- 1/2 Cup Spring Onions Sliced (White and Green Parts Separated)
- 3/4 Cup Fresh Orange Juice
- 1 Chicken Cube
- 2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Worchestershire Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 2 Tablespoon Siracha Sauce
- 2 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar/Rice Vinegar/White Vinegar Or any other vinegar
- 3 Tablespoon Chilli Garlic Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Brown Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Sesame Seeds
- 1 Teaspoon Chili flakes
- 1 Tablespoon Corn Flour Dissolved in some water
Vegetables (Optional)
- 3 - 4 Broccoli
- 1 Red bell pepper small

Instructions
- Soak the chicken in the ingredients mentioned in the section above. Soak it for half an hour
- Strain the excess water and put the chicken in a bowl right away so that the chicken does not lose the extra moisture
- Marinate the chicken in black pepper, thyme, oregano and soy sauce for another 15 minutes
- Add corn flour. Mix well.
- Heat oil for deep frying and fry the chicken on medium high heat for 3 - 4 minutes.
- In a pan, heat 1.5 teaspoon sesame oil and fry garlic and white parts of onion in it.
- Add in the rest of the ingredients except for green parts of onion and corn flour. Bring the mixture to a boil
- Add the corn flour mixture and cook until the sauce thickens to your desired consistency
- Add in the fried chicken
- And the green parts of the spring onions. Cook till sauce coats the chicken
- If you want to give it the signature PF Chang taste, add in the Broccoli and Bell pepper with the chicken too
