Namkeen Chicken
  1. Cut the chicken according to your desired size. We recommend to cut them in small pieces
  2. Add the baking soda and 1/2 teaspoon salt in some water and soak the chicken in it for 15 minutes
  3. Now take a pan with a flat base, and heat oil in it. The quantity of the oil depends on the size of the pan but it should be enough to cover about 3/4″ to 1 inch of the chicken pieces when they are being fried
  4. Add in the salt and stir it
  5. Add the chicken and fry it on medium heat for 5 minutes. Do not cover the pan
  6. Then turn the sides and fry for another 4 – 5 minutes. Make sure that all sides are cooked so you might need to stir the chicken. Our aim is to keep the chicken juicy. We do not want a dried out or crispy chicken
  7. Once the chicken is almost done, add in the green chillies and stir them around for about 2 minutes for added taste
  8. And voila! The easiest snack in the world is ready for you! And you have to try it to see just how good it tastes! 🙂
