Instructions
  1. Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let it rise for 5 minutes
  2. Add warm milk and warm soft butter. Beat and add 1 cup of flour and beat well
  3. Add another cup of flour and salt. Knead into a smooth dough
  4. Grease the surface of dough, cover with damp cloth and keep it in a warm place to rise
  5. When dough rises to double size, punch it back and divide in portions according to desired size. It can easily make two large pizzas
  6. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees and heat oil in a wide pan
  7. Roll out a portion according to your required size on a greased surface
  8. Make impressions on the rolled out dough with your fingers as shown in the picture
  9. Test the heat of oil by throwing small piece of dough in it, it should pop up immediately
  10. Fry the rolled dough in the oil
  11. Slightly push the dough inside the oil
  12. Turn the side after one minute
  13. Fry for another minute till the pizza is slightly golden
  14. Take out the fried dough in a greased pan.
  15. Apply pizza sauce and place all topping over it
  16. Spread cheese and sprinkle oregano as well
  17. Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes till crisp enough and cheese is melted
