Instructions
Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let it rise for 5 minutes
Add warm milk and warm soft butter. Beat and add 1 cup of flour and beat well
Add another cup of flour and salt. Knead into a smooth dough
Grease the surface of dough, cover with damp cloth and keep it in a warm place to rise
When dough rises to double size, punch it back and divide in portions according to desired size. It can easily make two large pizzas
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees and heat oil in a wide pan
Roll out a portion according to your required size on a greased surface
Make impressions on the rolled out dough with your fingers as shown in the picture
Test the heat of oil by throwing small piece of dough in it, it should pop up immediately
Fry the rolled dough in the oil
Slightly push the dough inside the oil
Turn the side after one minute
Fry for another minute till the pizza is slightly golden
Take out the fried dough in a greased pan.
Apply pizza sauce and place all topping over it
Spread cheese and sprinkle oregano as well
Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes till crisp enough and cheese is melted
