Chin Chin
Down below are two version of this recipe. One ingredient list is for making Sweet Chin Chin and one is for making Salted. Choice is yours 🙂 Choose the ingredient list of your choice and follow the instructions.

For Sweet Chin Chin
For Salted Chin Chin
Instructions
  1. Mix all the dry ingredients
  2. Add in the butter and rub it between your fingers
  3. Add 1 – 2 Tablespoon luke warm water (or as desired) to knead it into a hard dough
  4. Knead it very well
  5. Divide the dough into two halves. Then roll out the dough
  6. Cut it into pieces of your choice
  7. Fry them in oil over high heat
  8. Once they are golden brown, take them out
  9. Your Chin Chin is ready! 🙂
