Chin Chin
Down below are two version of this recipe. One ingredient list is for making Sweet Chin Chin and one is for making Salted. Choice is yours 🙂 Choose the ingredient list of your choice and follow the instructions.

For Sweet Chin Chin

Salt

Teaspoon
Nutmeg Powder
Some water
For kneading
Oil
For Frying
For Salted Chin Chin

Cup
All Purpose flour
1/4
Cup
Butter (molten)

Clove
Crushed Garlic
1/2
Teaspoon
Salt
1/2
Teaspoon
Sugar
1/4
Teaspoon
Baking Powder
Some water
For kneading
Oil
For Frying
Instructions
Mix all the dry ingredients
Add in the butter and rub it between your fingers
Add 1 – 2 Tablespoon luke warm water (or as desired) to knead it into a hard dough
Knead it very well
Divide the dough into two halves. Then roll out the dough
Cut it into pieces of your choice
Fry them in oil over high heat
Once they are golden brown, take them out
Your Chin Chin is ready! 🙂
