Buns
As required. The following ingredients are for one burger only

cooked steaks

Cheddar Cheese
1/4

Mozzarella Cheese

Tomato
1
Green Onion
Salad Leaves
A few

Teaspoon
Oregano

Instructions
In a pan/grill, heat both halves of buns with some oil
In same pan heat 1 tablespoon of oil and fry 2 steaks in it
Put half of the cheese on one steak and put other piece of steak on top of it
Cover this steak with the rest of the cheese and put some olives and oregano on top of it
Put upper half of bun on top of it
Cover the pan and let it cook for 3 – 4 minutes. i.e. till the cheese is melted and it may become crisp at the edges
Mean while, prepare the lower half of your bun. Put a salad leaf on top of it
Put tomatoes and onions on top
Add the steak sauce as well
Grill some onions. and put them on top of the burger
Check if the cheese has melted between the steaks that were being cooked in the pan
If it has melted, take out steaks and upper half and place it on the lower one.
