  1. Put the watermelon chunks in the freezer for 20 - 25 minutes. We want them to be chilled but not frozen. This way you wont have to add in ice cubes to make it chilled which will in turn make it dilute
  2. Put them in the blender with mint and blend until it turns smooth
  3. Strain the extra pulp out of the juice and add in the black salt and lemon juice according to your taste.
  4. Serve chilled right away 🙂
