Instructions
Marinate the chicken in the ingredients mentioned above for 20 – 25 minutes
Heat the pan and cook the marinated chicken till it dries
Knead the Tortilla dough with the ingredients mentioned. Let it rest for 15 – 20 minutes
Make small balls depending on the size you require. Roll them out into thin rotis
Heat oil and fry them on medium heat till they are brown and crisp
Make the sauce by mixing all the sauce ingredients
Place a chicken piece, beans, onions, olives on the fried tortilla and place a cheese slice on top. Microwave for 10 – 15 minutes till cheese melts
Top with iceberg, sauce, and sour cream
Serve it right away 🙂
