Instructions
  1. Make stock with five cups of water using ingredients mentioned in "For Stock" section
  2. Strain the stock
  3. Soak red chilies in water for 1 hour, strain and blend them well
  4. In a pan cook strained stock with boneless chicken pieces, chicken cubes and lime leaves and cook till chicken is tender
  5. Add onions, mushrooms and tomatoes
  6. Add the blended chili paste according to your desired spice level
  7. Add Soy sauce, oyster sauce and Chinese salt
  8. Now add Lemon juice, adjust the spice level accordingly
  9. Add 1/2 cup coconut milk if desired and cook a little
