Spicy Spaghetti
Prepare your taste buds because we are presenting the hot and spicy version of Spaghetti. Try this yummylicious recipe and let us know how it turned out 🙂
Ingredients
For Chicken Marination
- 1/2 Kg Boneless Chicken Cut into small pieces
- 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Chili flakes
- 2 Green Chilies Finely Sliced
- 1 teaspoon Chinese Salt
For Boiling Spaghetti/ Any Pasta
- 1 Pack Spaghetti or desired pasta
- 2 Tablespoon Salt
- 2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 3 Tablespoon Vinegar
- 3 Tablespoon Oil
For Sauce
- 5 Tomatoes Whole (Large)
- 2 Onions Medium
- 1 Bulb garlic Whole
- 3 Green Chilies Whole
For Vegetables
- 1 Capsicum Finely Sliced lengthwise
- 1 Carrot Finely Sliced
- 1/2 Cup Green Onions Finely Chopped
- 1/2 Cup Mushrooms Drained well
- 2 Potatoes (make Finely cut French fries)
Other Spices
- 1 Boneless Chicken
- 1-1/2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1-1/2 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1-1/2 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 1-1/2 Tablespoon Vinegar or lemon juice
- 2 Tablespoon Chili Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 Tablespoon Chili Garlic Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1 teaspoon Chinese Salt
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon Thyme
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Place Tomatoes, onions, bulb of garlic and green chilies on a greased tray. Bake them in preheated oven at 220 degrees for 15 minutes
- Allow it to cool. Take off skin of tomatoes, garlic and green chilies if possible. Blend all these together to form a paste
- For boiling pasta, take water in a big pan with all ingredients mentioned in boiling pasta. When it becomes to boil, add your spaghetti or pasta. Cook till it is still stiff. ( It should not be soft)
- Strain in strainer and immediately cold water over it so that they are well separated
- Heat oil in the same pan and fry strained spaghetti a little and keep them a side.
- Heat oil in a pan and add marinated chicken to it. Cook over high heat till it is about to dry.
- Add carrots to it and add prepared sauce over it
- Cook over high heat till thick for three to four minutes. Add all spices mentioned in Ingredients for "Other Spices" section
- Add Prepared spaghettis and other vegetables to it.
- Add Freshly fried fries to it and toss a little
