  1. Soak chick peas overnight with 1 Tablespoon salt in water and boil them till very soft. If you take already boiled chick peas then they should be 1 + 3/4 Cups Appx.
  2. Cook Chicken with salt, chili powder, cumin, coriander, lemon juice and vinegar till all water dries up. Add chopped onions, cilantro, mint leaves and green chilies.
  3. At the end add flour and 1 Tablespoon butter and cook a little so that all the chicken is coated with it and no moisture is left
  4. Strain the chick peas well and chop them with cooked chicken mixture
  5. Adjust the spices according to your taste
  6. Make kebabs out of it and fry them as such or by coating them with egg, either way it will be delicious
