Shami Kebab
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Chick Peas
- 750 gm Chicken Boneless
- 2 Tablespoon garlic Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Ginger Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1.5 Tablespoon Cumin Roasted and Ground
- 1 Tablespoon Coriander Roasted and ground
- 1.5 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 4 Green Chilies Chopped
- 3 Tablespoon Cilantro Chopped
- 1 Onion Chopped
- 1.5 Tablespoon Mint Leaves Chopped
- 1 Egg For coating
- 3 Tablespoon Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Butter

Instructions
- Soak chick peas overnight with 1 Tablespoon salt in water and boil them till very soft. If you take already boiled chick peas then they should be 1 + 3/4 Cups Appx.
- Cook Chicken with salt, chili powder, cumin, coriander, lemon juice and vinegar till all water dries up. Add chopped onions, cilantro, mint leaves and green chilies.
- At the end add flour and 1 Tablespoon butter and cook a little so that all the chicken is coated with it and no moisture is left
- Strain the chick peas well and chop them with cooked chicken mixture
- Adjust the spices according to your taste
- Make kebabs out of it and fry them as such or by coating them with egg, either way it will be delicious
