  1. Put bone part and wings of chicken in pressure cooker with enough water, make a pouch with a gauze piece with all spices mentioned in ingredients for "Spices for Pouch" section. Cook fro 15 to 20 minutes under pressure
  2. When stock is ready, strain the stock
  3. Fry sliced onions in oil, blend them with water
  4. Heat some oil and fry ginger, garlic, 2-3 whole red chilies. Add boneless thigh pieces and fry them a little
  5. Add blended onions to it
  6. Add all spices mentioned in ingredients "For Gravy" section except flour and green chilies. Fry till the mixture gives off oil
  7. Add strained chicken stock and some more water if needed
  8. Turn the heat to lowest possible level.
  9. Cook for 2 to 3 hours till the meat is tender
  10. Add flour mixture to it while stirring.
  11. Add chili and cumin mixture
  12. Cook little till the gravy thickens according to requirement
  13. Garnish and serve with hot naan
