Instructions
  1. Soak the steak slices in water salt and baking soda for 1 - 2 hours
  2. Blend all the ingredients mentioned in the marination section
  3. Strain excess water of the steaks and mix the marination blend into the steak slices. Marinate this overnight
  4. Heat the grill or pan and oil it thoroughly. Cook the steaks on medium high heat
  5. During cooking apply olive oil on each side. Take them out once done
  6. Stir fry the vegetables and keep aside
  7. While steaks are getting cooked, prepare sauce by mixing all the ingredients of sauce except, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, mushrooms and oregano
  8. Cook the ginger and garlic in sesame oil a little and add mushrooms. Fry a little
  9. Add the mixed sauce and cook till thick
  10. Heat the sizzling pan. Oil it and put onions on it
  11. Place vegetables and steak over it and pour the sauce
