  1. Soak the Lentils (Daal) overnight
  2. In morning put them in blender along with all spices except ginger. Pour water so that its level is 1/4 inch appx above the lentils
  3. Blend them well till smooth
  4. Check it by dropping a drop of batter in water, if it pops up then your batter is done.
  5. Add the finely cut ginger to the batter and mix it well. Let the batter stay for 15 to 20 Minutes and heat the oil
  6. Fry them in oil over medium heat till they are golden as shown in picture
  7. Grate the Radish and squeez it with your hands to drain the moisture
  8. Beat the yogurt till creamy and serve the Laddu Pethi with Radish, Imli Sauce and yogurt. Garnish it with mint leaves.
