Kebab Karahi
For Karaahi
  1. Put all the ingredients of Kebab section in the chopper and chop until everything is fully chopped
  2. Make kebabs of your own choice. I prefer to make them smaller than the standard size
  3. Fry them in some oil for about 2 to 3 minutes and take them out
  4. In a pan heat 2 – 3 tablespoon oil. Fry ginger and garlic in it
  5. Add all tomatoes, and all spices along with fried kebabs
  6. Cook till tomatoes are dissolved and the gravy is thick
  7. Add all toppings and cook for another 2 – 3 minutes
