Kebab Karaahi
Ingredients
- 750 gms Minced Meat Chicken or Beef
- 2 Slices Bread
- 1 Onion
- 1 Teaspoon garlic Crushed
- 1 Teaspoon Ginger Crushed
- 2 Green Chillies
- 1 Tablespoon Cumin Seeds Roasted and Ground
- 1 Tablespoon Coriander Seeds Roasted and Ground
- 1 Teaspoon Crushed Chillies
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
For Karaahi
- 1 Tablespoon garlic Crushed
- 1 Teaspoon Ginger Crushed
- 7 - 8 Tomatoes Finely Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Cumin Seeds Roasted and Ground
- 1 Tablespoon Coriander Seeds Roasted and Ground
- 1 Tablespoon Dry Red Chillies
- Salt To Taste
Toppings
- Fresh Coriander leaves Chopped
- Green Chillies Chopped
- Ginger Julian Cut
- Lemon Sliced
- 2 - 3 Onions Finely Sliced and dipped in 1 Tablespoon vinegar + 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce

Instructions
- Put all the ingredients of Kebab section in the chopper and chop until everything is fully chopped
- Make kebabs of your own choice. I prefer to make them smaller than the standard size
- Fry them in some oil for about 2 to 3 minutes and take them out
- In a pan heat 2 - 3 tablespoon oil. Fry ginger and garlic in it
- Add all tomatoes, and all spices along with fried kebabs
- Cook till tomatoes are dissolved and the gravy is thick
- Add all toppings and cook for another 2 - 3 minutes
