For Boiling Rice

Preparing Rice
  1. Soak the rice in enough water for at least 2 hours
  2. Boil water in a big pan. Add 1 Tablespoon salt and the soaked rice to it
  3. When they are almost done, add lemon juice
  4. Strain the rice
Preparing Egg Mixture
  1. Beat eggs with yellow color and Chinese salt
  2. Heat 2 Tablespoons oil in a pan and fry the eggs.
  3. Mash them until they are turned into small pieces
Preparing Seasoning Mixture
  1. Microwave 1/2 cup of water with 2 Chicken cubes so that they are dissolved well
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients from this section
Assembling the Rice
  1. In the pan (In which you boiled rice) heat 2 Tablespoons oil, add garlic, giner and chicken. Fry them till they are cooked
  2. Add all vegetables and cook a little
  3. Add rice to it
  4. Pour seasoning mixture and mix it carefully over medium heat for 1 - 2 minutes
  5. Add the prepared eggs and mix
