Foil Chicken
Ingredients
For chicken
- 500 gms Chicken Pieces Cut in small pieces
- 2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Red Chilli Flakes
- 1 Teaspoon Chlli Sauce
- 2 Green Chillis Crushed
- 1/2 Teaspoon Chinese Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt Adjust Accordingly
- 1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Corn Flour
For Sauce
- 3 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoon Worchestershire Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Chilli Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Brown Sugar

Instructions
- Marinate the chicken in all the other ingredients for 30 - 40 minutes
- After marination, add corn flour and mix
- Make squares with the aluminum foil
- Place a few chicken pieces inside
- The fold the foil in a square shape
- Seal the edges of the parcels properly by folding them inside
- Heat oil and fry the parcels on medium heat. Fry for 10 - 15 minutes and turn sides in between
- Mix all the ingredients of sauce
- Take the parcels out and serve with the sauce
