Instructions
  1. Marinate chicken for 3 hours with all the ingredients mentioned in “For Chicken Marination” section
  2. Beat an egg with little salt, pepper and thyme. Dip each chicken piece in it
  3. Mix Flour, Corn Flour, black pepper, salt and herbs together
  4. Roll the chicken pieces in flour mixture. Again repeat the above steps
  5. Heat the oil and fry the coated chicken pieces at medium heat till golden
  6. Prepare sauce by mixing all ingredients mentioned in “For Sauce” section
  7. Dip each fried chicken piece in the sauce and serve in Champagne glass over lattice leaves. Garnish with green onions
