Recipe Notes
- The quantity of the chocolate we used was according to the size of our chocolate fountain. Adjust these quantities according to the size of your fountain
- Chocolate fountains are fun but it can get messy when everyone is having there fun. So, be prepared and serve by placing a mat or big dish under the fountain
- When the party is over, clean the fountain when the chocolate is still hot. Otherwise it will stick to the fountain and it will be very hard to clean
- For cleaning, first clean the rotators, then pour all the chocolate in a container for storage purpose (You can freeze it for next use). Then carefully clean the fountain using a wipe.
- The quantity of oil might need some adjustment depending on the texture of the chocolate you are using..
