Bread Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 loaf Bread/Buns Or any kind of desired bread
- 7 Eggs
- 2.5 Cups Milk
- 100 gms Butter
- 200 ml Cream
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
For topping and layring
- Fruits As desired
- Nuts/Raisins As desired

Instructions
- Melt butter, slat and sugar till brown
- Remove from heat. Wait for some time and add cream
- Return it to heat and cook till all crystals are dissolved and the sauce is according to your required consistency
- Beat eggs, with sugar and vanilla essence
- Add butter. Beat them well
- Add cream beat it well. Then add milk
- Glaze the dish generously with butter
- Cut the bread/buns in half. If you have bread you can cut them in small pieces. You just need to add a layer whatever way suits you. We used butter buns
- Add half of the beaten material on top of this layer. Soak the bread well with this. If your bread is thick you'll have to make more of the mixture
- Sprinkle your nuts/raisins or fruits as desired
- Then add another layer of bread
- Add the rest of the mixture
- Top it with the nuts/raisins or fruits and some ground sugar
- Bake at 180 degree C for 20 - 25 minutes
- And its ready! 🙂
