Baked Potatoes
Ingredients
- 5 - 6 Potatoes Medium
- 1/3 Cup olive oil
- 1 Teaspoon Thyme
- 1 Teaspoon Oregano
- 2 Tablespoons Crushed Red Chillies
- 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon garlic Crushed or Use Garlic Powder
- 1 Chicken Cube
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt If you do not use chicken cube then adjust salt accordingly
- Butter For greasing
- Curry Leaves A few

Instructions
- Wash the potatoes thoroughly and boil them until tender. Do not over boil and dont make them very soft
- Do not peel the potatoes. Just Cut them in half (lengthwise so that more area is exposed for baking)
- Mix all the rest of the ingredients except Butter and Curry Leaves. Make sure the chicken cube is thoroughly mixed in
- Grease the tray with butter. Use generously. Spread some curry leaves on the base
- Coat each potato piece with the mixture
- Place the potatoes on the prepared baking tray. Sprinkle some curry leaves on top
- Bake them for 10 - 15 minutes in preheated oven at 180 degree C temperature
- Serve them right away 🙂
