  1. Mix all ingredients except Sesame Seeds
  2. Mixture will be little moist. Leave it for 20 - 25 minutes so that the sugar gives off water
  3. Now Knead it well, you can add few drops of milk if needed. Refrigerate it for a while so that it settles down
  4. Moisten your hands with water. Make small balls. Remember they will almost double in size
  5. Roll them in sesame seeds properly and reshape them so that they are well coated
  6. Heat oil. Test it by dropping a piece of dough. If it is done, the dough piece will pop up. Turn heat to medium and fry the dough balls till they are golden
  7. Initially you can fry a test ball so that you get to know how much the size increases after frying. Also you'll know which temperature is suitable for frying.
  8. Serve them hot! You'll love them. Trust us 🙂
